Embroidered Clothing
Embroidery is the craft of decorating clothing or other materials using a needle to apply thread. The word embroidery comes from the French word broderie, meaning embellishment.
The embroidery machine and mass production came about during the Industrial Revolution. The earliest machine embroidery, found in France in the mid-1800s, used a combination of machine looms and hand embroidery to produce decorated fabric and clothing.
Today’s embroidery looks a lot different from the embroidery of the past. Staff Gear use the latest state of the art embroidery machines using logo artwork that is “digitized” with computer software.
This achieves stunning results and importantly for our clients a consistent result with every order. The logo will always be exactly
the same with every re-order of their staff uniform for brand consistency.

Alternatively we can produce monogram embroidery which contains text only using a specified font and colour.
Once we have digitized your supplied artwork we will run a sample of the logo and “tweak” anything that needs attention. Once we are
happy with the finished embroidered logo we will produce your branded clothing / branded staff uniform on one of our multi head embroidery machines.
